Everything we have learned in our years of cooking, both before creating Elevated Gatherings and since, has gone into this expansion of our business and we’re here to help you rethink what can come out of a food truck.

Yes, the kitchen is small. Yes, it has wheels and a license plate. But let us make a few things perfectly clear. Nothing is coming out of a freezer and dropping into a fryer in this kitchen. Not now, not ever. We’re cooking from scratch and serving you fresh, local, and of course, delicious food. That’s one of the reasons we’re calling it a mobile kitchen and not a “food truck.” Of course, good food can come out of a truck, but we all know sometimes the experience is more of a concession stand than a restaurant, and we’re here to change that.

What kind of food can you expect from our mobile kitchen? As we’ve said all along, if you can imagine it, we can cook it. Our standard “out and about” menu features our take on traditional mobile food, things like burgers, soups, and sandwiches, so if you find us on the street, at a farmer’s market, fair, or popping up at a local business, that’s what you should expect. If we’re coming to you for a private event, you set the menu and the format. We’re just as comfortable doing made-to-order items that your guests pick from our standard menu as we are whipping up something we serve plated or buffet style.
