Key & Beyond Property Management, owned by our friend KayLee, oversees a number of properties in Columbia and Berkshire Counties, from cozy cottages to spacious farmhouses. KayLee is also a superhost on Airbnb and has earned “guest favorite” status on multiple properties, one of which might just be perfect for you!
High Meadows Farmhouse, Clinton Corners – Hosted by Allis and Jessica
Three bedrooms, three baths, sleeps up to eight guests. Recently renovated and just a minute off the Taconic State Parkway, yet secluded as if you are in your own personal retreat, on 10 acres with beautiful views and a pool.
Renta Caza Property Management and Justin-Haus Vacation Rentals, owned respectively by Samantha and Justin, feature several properties in Ulster and Orange Counties. From cozy and cute to spacious luxury, these two will take you off the beaten path and make you feel right at home.

Hawthorne Valley Farm Store, Ghent
This is one of our personal favorites, located on a working biodynamic and organic farm. They feature a ton of local goodies, some grown on their farm and some from other local farms and producers.
Upstate Pines, Red Hook
When we first heard that Upstate Pines had opened, we checked out the menu and knew we had to make a trip down to see them. And we were not disappointed! Not only do they have a great selection, the people are so friendly, and they will make you feel right at home. They are easy to get to from anywhere in the Hudson Valley, just south of the center of Red Hook, and if a trip so see them isn’t on your to-do list, it should be!
Devine Dispensary, Egremont
Located right near the border of New York and Massachusetts, Devine is one of our favorite places to stock up. The staff is welcoming and helpful, the selection is great, and the team at Devine share our desire to promote and lift up other small businesses, which makes us love them even more!
Legacy Dispensary, Albany (Colonie)
If you’re in the Capital Region, make Legacy one of your stops! You’ll be greeted with a smile, and you’re sure to be impressed with their selection. And if you can’t go to them, they’ll come to you, because they even offer delivery!

Anand and Carrie are our go-to people for company apparel. They have done embroidery and screen printing for us and we wouldn’t look as good as we do without them!

Tattooing doesn’t have much to do with Elevated Gatherings, but Dan has been Kira’s artist of choice for over a decade. His work and all of the friendly and talented people at the shop have certainly earned them a place on this recommended list!
LaTorre Insurance Agency, Valatie
Derick and his team provide friendly, personalized insurance service for businesses and individuals alike. Kira has known Derick for a while now and when we were looking for coverage for Elevated Gatherings, we made sure to give him a call. And we’re so glad we did!

Speaking of looking good, Jordan has been cutting Clint’s hair for a couple of years now, and he always comes out looking so sharp. And it’s not just a haircut, it’s a whole luxury grooming experience with an eclectic, old-time feel to the whole shop.
